EvoMail operates strictly as an autonomous desktop client application. All operational activities, including contact imports, SMTP/IMAP credentials, proxy configurations, and message content, are stored locally on your device.

2. Deliverability Disclaimer & Limitation of Warranties

EvoMail is a technical utility. The software DOES NOT guarantee or promise 100% Inbox delivery.

Email deliverability depends entirely on external factors beyond developer control, including:

• Quality and reputation of user-provided SMTP servers and IP addresses;
• Proper DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records);
• Sender domain reputation, domain age, and warm-up history;
• Email copy, subject lines, spam triggers, links, and attachments;
• Recipient engagement behavior (open rates, spam complaints, unsubscribes);
• Proxy server limits and network routing policies;
• Receiving mail server automated anti-spam algorithms.

3. Local Data Storage & Confidentiality

We do not collect, store, or transmit your contact lists, email templates, or server passwords. All application data remains encrypted on your local storage.

EvoMail developers hold no liability for third-party email account suspensions or IP blocks resulting from software usage.
