By purchasing an EvoMail activation key, you obtain a non-exclusive license to operate the software suite for the duration of your chosen subscription plan (Starter — 1 day, Pro — 7 days, Max — 30 days).
2. Disclaimer of Performance & Deliverability Warranties
The software is provided on an "as-is" basis. Developers make no warranties regarding specific commercial conversion, open rates, or 100% Inbox delivery.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency. Due to the digital nature of license keys, all transactions are final once the key is generated and issued.
4. Limitation of Liability
EvoMail developers hold no liability for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or account suspensions incurred during software operation.
